Returns & Exchanges

At Yarns from Italy, we take pride in our premium Italian craftsmanship, but if your purchase is not perfectly suited to your needs, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and luxury packaging intact.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items securely in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid DHL shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team in Italy inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
